The FECG01.2-1K50-3P400-A-SP-NNNN-01V01 is a frequency converter engineered by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, designed for installation in a sealed control cabinet. Included internally is a brake chopper and three digital multi-function inputs, alongside an analog feedback signal for closed-loop management. Typical setup slots the unit between an AC filter and output choke in a drive system. Featuring an IP 20 degree of protection, the device can also adjust output voltage by +/- 10% and power rating of 1.5kW. Compulsory checks for loose parts and deformations must be conducted pre-use. Additionally, the electrolytic capacitors within it decline with long storage periods. This calls for an annual operation minimum. Other specifications include an overload capability of 200% for 0.5 seconds, automatic PWM frequency adjustment in relation to temperature and an operational limit of 50°C. For installation, ample ventilation is crucial to prevent overheating. Connections to the power supply should be via the L1, L2, and L3 terminals. Amid these, a fuse should be included.
