The Beckhoff FM3332-B310-1010 is a leading thermocouple module in the FM Thermocouple Series, designed for precise temperature measurement in industrial automation systems. This module supports up to 32 thermocouple channels and utilizes the XPROFIBUS DP fieldbus for data transfer at 12 million Baud. It is compatible with various thermocouples, including type J and K, and offers a measurement range of -10°C to 900°C for J types and -100°C to 1370°C for K types, with a resolution of 0.1°C per digit. Operating at 24 V DC, the module consumes around 100 mA with a max load of 130 mA, ensuring efficiency. It offers measurement accuracy with an uncertainty of one-thousandth of the full-scale value and supports diagnostic use with customizable input filters. The module's IP65-rated housing and IP67 PROFIBUS connector ensure durability in harsh industrial environments. Data communication is managed via 4 x 16-bit input data and optional 4 x 8-bit control/status data.
