The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-E-S3-EC-NN-L4-NN-FW, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a modular drive controller equipped with a SERCOS/EtherCat communication interface and a multi-encoder interface compatible with a variety of encoders. A safety module offers support for safe brake control and safe torque off, and an optional hardware module can be inserted into an additional slot. This controller has a standard control panel, which must be connected before powering the controller. The controller, composed of a power and control section, accepts 110 to 230 Volts AC at a frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz. The power section's short circuit rating is 42000 Amps rms, while its output is rated at 3 Amps. With an in-house cooling system, it requires a minimum of 90mm spacing on top and bottom when installed. Ideal operation temperature is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius and its casing has an IP20 rating. Firmware for the controller is to be purchased separately.
