The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-B-ET-EC-NN-S4-NN-FW drive controller, made by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is designed to control third-party motors. It retains a heated surface during and post operation, necessitating all covers and guards to be securely fastened prior to activation. With a 3.5mA leakage current, the controller incorporates an outer conductor of less than 8AWG and offers a monitoring function for malfunction prevention. It requires a minimum cool-down phase of 15 minutes post deactivation and controls the motor's holding brake. Installation, operation and safety guidelines must be adhered to, and the controller is not waterproof. The product cannot be connected to public, low voltage residential power supplies, and additional sensors and actuators may be required for control. Proper mounting, transportation, and storage are essential, and the device supports a maximum operating temperature of 55°C. The controller does not operate when de-energized and is deliverable globally.
