The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-EC-NN-NN-FW drive controller, designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is optimally built to function with third-party motors that adhere to usage specifications. The controller boasts a single design code and employs a motor cable of 40m length operating at a PWM frequency of 4 kHz. Essential features include capacitors that may undergo damage if improperly stored, and hot-operating braking resistors. The positioning requires sufficient spacing from proximate equipment in the control cabinet, anchored by 6Nm-torque screws. The controller displays adhesive safety labels, and necessitates an equipment grounding with at least a 10mm2 cross-section copper wire. The device includes terminal strain relief within the control cabinet, monitors motor temperature, and only permits access a half-hour post-shutdown. Ethernet field bus systems are integratable. The product is packaged in military-grade materials for shipping and must not be mounted horizontally.
