The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-B-ET-EC-EM-L3-NN-FW is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, featuring standalone firmware. Prior to commissioning, ensure the emergency stop switch's effectiveness and set it in standstill mode. The controller, which should be housed inside a control cabinet, supports Safe Torque Off technology and requires grounding on its digital signal line shields. Remember that exceeding the ambient operating temperature impacts performance. Compact in design (215 x 196 x 50 mm), it must maintain a 10mm gap from adjacent components in its respective closed housing when mounted. With a power rating of 12.7W, it includes a fuse against overheating during short circuits and a maximum leakage capacitance of 17nF at an 8kHz clock frequency. It is not suitable for DC bus coupling, and must be connected to an individual power source. This controller operates at a control voltage input of 24V +/-20% and an output frequency of 0Hz to 1600Hz. It features a one-year support service and is available for global shipping.
