The product, designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a HCS01.1E-W0008-A-03-A-CC-EC-PB-S4-NN-FW modular drive controller. This device boasts multiple plug-in slots with a range of included modules for easy operation. It includes a master SERCOS controller for cross-connections, a Profibus module for network connectivity, and a flexible multi-encoder interface compatible with various motors. The controller also comes with a safety module for secure operation. The recommended mounting clearances are 90mm for top and bottom, and 10mm to the front. Its maximum voltage capacity is between 200 and 500 Volts AC (three-phase) while the maximum current output is 8 Amps. Housed in an IP20 rated casing, the device is cooled through forced air cooling. Special considerations for placement include sufficient distance from heat-sensitive materials due to the presence of hot braking resistors.
