The Bosch Rexroth Indramat HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-B-ET-EC-EM-NN-NN-FW drive controller is a key component in various automated systems like assembly, handling, palletizing or logistics. Engineered to work seamlessly with motors and encoders from the same manufacturer, this controller not only houses power and basic control sections but also incorporates signal scalable processing. Its design features include type B digital probe inputs and a multi-Ethernet interface adhering to IEEE 802.3 standards with four status LEDs. Whilst the device's outer surface may get notably hot during operation, it is not compatible with a DC bus and does not comprise safety technology. The controller, meant for both single-axis and multi-axis drive and control tasks, operates optimally when installed in the specified position and respecting safety instructions. Despite the 3.5mA leakage current, the device benefits from a feeding-type power supply and is capable of buffering MSM encoder data with a battery box.
