The Bosch Rexroth Indramat HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-CN-NN-NN-FW is a drive controller predominantly utilized in the semiconductor industry. The device interfaces seamlessly with the IndraMotion MLD-S platform, but doesn't support multi-Ethernet functionality with active CANopen interface. The controller, measuring 50 x 215 mm, features a single-line display and 4-key operational panel. It has one analog input with +/-10V voltage and 14-bit resolution. Installation should adhere strictly to provided instructions and use only approved components. Safety measures include preventing unintentional startup, allowing the controller sufficient time to discharge, and only touching its surface when cool. The firmware facilitates synchronous motor and encoder interaction. Its operation requires specific conditions, including a 16kHz PWM frequency, ambient temperature less than or equal to 40°C and a power cable length of 5m, in line with EN 60 204 specifications. The controller is damaged if operated without filters in a controlled cabinet with fan.
