Created by renowned manufacturer Bosch Rexroth Indramat, the HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-NN-AA-FW control section is an integral component of the drive controller. Renowned for its user-friendly design, the control unit assists in efficient motor control, enabled by scale-able signal processing and firmware. The unit is favorably compatible with standard encoders, including HIPERFACE, EnDat, and SSI among others. Its operating altitude is up to 1000 meters above sea level. The control unit comes with eight digital inputs, including two probe inputs and a combined I/O port. It has situational-dependent fan control for effective cooling, a DC bus connection and is compatible with MSM motors. This model offers options for buffering MSM motors' data and uses a hall sensor adaptor box. While it specifically suits MCL linear motors fitted with digital hall sensors, it requires a peak operational current of 13A. It operates optimally at temperatures between 0 and +40 degrees Celsius.
