The HCS01.1E-W0018-A-03-B-ET-EC-EC-L3-NN-FW is an advanced drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat designed with dual multi-encoder interfaces. It is assembly-ready in a closed housing, ensuring IP 54 protection in accordance with IEC 529 specifications. Ideal for use in food and packaging industries, this device features scalable signal processing, a programming module function, and an engineering port. Extra sensors and actuators may be required for optimal functioning and monitoring. Before programming, the product must be commissioned to ensure the motor executes application-specific functionalities. It should only be used for approved applications to prevent high-frequency interference or incorrect voltage. Grounding must be correctly established, and all live components should be handled when the power is on. Keep in mind, it has over 3.5mA leakage current, and usage is restricted if the emergency stop switch is not operational. Please maintain clearance of 90mm above and below the device when installed.
