The HCS01.1E-W0018-A-03-B-ET-EC-EC-S4-NN-FW drive controller is an innovative product from Bosch Rexroth Indramat, designed to work as a converter or servo drive. It's equipped with a 3 x 200VAC to 500VAC mains connection voltage, and offers DC bus coupling for required energy compensation. The device supports the expansion of digital and analog inputs and outputs, and is compatible with third-party motors that meet user specifications. Ideally suited for wood machining applications, the controller has scalable signal processing capabilities and a combined I/O that functions as either a digital input or output. Safety measures include a half-hour waiting period post switch-off for complete discharge, and a grounding connection for functional safety. The controller is not suitable for use with a central supply, and requires a fuse installation to prevent fire risks. It uses highly conductive connection elements and maintains a minimum 100mm distance between control and signal lines and power cables.
