The Bosch Rexroth HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-FW Drive Controller is a sophisticated, CSA Certified and UL listed controller, designed to control an asynchronous motor in an open-loop operation without a motor encoder. Offering voltage load control of a third-party motor, it is essential for the motor to include an integrated temperature sensor to ensure thermal monitoring. The unit is intended for operation within a control cabinet installation only, maintaining G1 mounting orientation. It features a basic control section and a forced cooling air current to manage heat, with performance decreasing if exceeding the operating temperature. It weighs 1.7 kg and must be kept clear of combustible materials. Notably, the unit cannot be operated above 4000m sea level, and additional precautions must be taken if the control cabinet uses a fan without appropriate filters. The controller comes with a one-year backup support and worldwide shipping options.
