The HDC01.1-A040N-IB01-01-FW drive controller, a product by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is designed for specific ambient conditions. CE Certified and cUL Listed, it features three shielded connections on the front, including the X1 connector for the control voltage supply. Additional sensors and actuators may be needed for motor control and monitoring. Its bottom part features a crimped seal. The device could potentially malfunction due to component failure or software errors, leading to hazardous movements. Operation should cease if the emergency stop function is not working. The power connection must be isolated with a start-inhibit system to prevent accidental startups. Extra secure measures such as a clamping mechanism are required for vertical axes. Power should be disconnected during extended periods of inactivity or maintenance. It can be installed up to 1,000m above sea level. It is connected to an Interbus interface and features six diagnostic displays.
