The Bosch Rexroth HDD02.2-W040N is a lightweight, 8 kg, modular servo drive designed for precise control of speed, position, and torque in industrial motion control machinery. With a peak current of 40 A per axis, it operates at an optimum 4 kHz frequency with a 10/15 A continuous current. It accommodates AC drives and can be customised to any industry-specific requirements. Moreover, it controls the rotation of the motor’s main spindle drive, enhancing its utility. The drive can be customized with plug-in modules for enhanced flexibility, and its standard configuration includes free slots for these expansion modules. Additionally, the unit includes a configured controller, an AC motor, a motor feedback cable, and a contact guard. It is compatible with numerous Rexroth motors and utilizes HSM software. For communication, ANALOG DAE02.1M and SERCOS DSS02.1M modules are recommended.
