The HDS01.1-K075-R drive controller by Bosch Rexroth Indramat uses an X1 bus link to connect to its power supply via a flat-ribbon cable. When using an extension cable, the limit for power connections is one meter. This device is installed with a start lockout system (AS+ and AS-) that protects the drive controller and connected motor from unexpected startups, in case of a fault. It services relays of 20V to 30V voltage and 1.5W power. This unit is typically found in machine tools, and machines for packaging, textile, printing, as well as robotics and handling. With RS 485 and RS 232 serial interface features, the drive controller can be programmed and parameterized, and it allows a signal transmission rate of 9600/19200 baud over a length of 500m.
