The HDS01.1-K100-D, developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a drive controller with three distinct types of plates: a control unit plate, a firmware type plate, and a complete configuration type plate. These plates are essential to the controller's configuration and they are located on the inserted card which is placed next to plug-in modules. The controller uses a SERCOS interface for connections, facilitated via fiber optic cables which are available separately. To minimize signal interference, the device comes with power cables shrouded in a protective casing and a suppression filter attached to the supply line. The device is designed to operate at altitudes up to 1000m above sea level, with optimal performance at temperatures between 0-45 Celsius degrees, in accordance with EN 60 204. The controller includes a basic unit, a software module, plug-in modules, and a configuration type plate. It is ideal for packaging, food processing, printing, paper processing machines, and various machine tools. The drive controller can run two servo motors through an additional plugin and serves as an incremental measuring system.
