Bosch Rexroth Indramat's advanced manufacturing techniques led to the creation of the HDS01.1-W015-R, an industrial-grade, high-performance, first generation motor drive. Alongside Bosch's MKD, MHD, 1MB and 2AD electrical motors, it provides exceptional control and monitoring solutions. This drive's flexible design allows users to select integral modules based on individual needs, effectively combining various drive components into a compact unit suitable for single and multi-axis control applications. Recommended industries for use include the printing, textile, processing and packaging industries, and handling machines. The drive, delivered fully configured, includes a basic drive controller, Command/Communication module, Software-module, additional units, and a Configuration-type Plate. This plate aids in quick part identification and replacement, with software modules storing all drive parameters and suitable firmware based on the chosen configuration. The HDS01.1-W015-R drive is cooled by inbuilt blower or air, can handle up to 15Amp, and features two ground connections. It operates optimally between +5 ~ +45 °C and meets “Class-C” insulation and IP10 protection standards.
