The HDS02.1-W040N-H, developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a modular drive controller specifically designed to operate in conjunction with MKD, MHD, 1MB, and 2AD AC motors. Ideally suited for industrial purposes, it efficiently handles the speed control and positioning of these motors, ideal for tasks in machine tooling, textile, printing, and packaging environments. This controller's flexibility allows for the combination of multiple AC drives, creating compact drive packages powered by a single supply unit. Configuration to meet operational needs is achieved using various plug-in modules, with the fully equipped system consisting of a command communication module, software module, added plug-in modules, and the configuration type plate. Key features include an internal air blower for temperature regulation, an LED status display for troubleshooting, and a fault reset key. Note that this 8 kg device requires a 40-ampere input and is sensitive to electrostatic loads, necessitating proper grounding.
