The HDS02.2-W040N-HA10-01-FW, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a second-generation drive controller from the DIAX04 family. Designed with a modular concept, it allows for a flexible combination of AC drives to create compact drive packages. This drive controller is ideal for rapid response use in main and servo drives, such as 1MB, MKD, MHD, and 2AD AC motors. It's best suited for use in machine tools, textile and paper processing machines, handling and robotics machines, as well as packaging and food processing machines. With an internal air cooling system, it operates effectively at ambient temperatures up to 45 degrees Celsius. The drive controller has a rated current of 40 A, and uses an ANALOG interface for command communication. Fully configurable, the drive controller is comprised of a basic unit, software module, additional plug-in modules, and a configuration type plate. Note, the firmware (acting as its operating system) must be ordered separately.
