The HDS02.2-W040N-HA13-01-FW drive controller, manufactured by industry leader Bosch Rexroth Indramat, serves to regulate the servomechanism in a motor, but can also be used as the principal spindle driver. Configured with software, basic unit, and command communications modules, the controller features a flexible design that accommodates different plug-in modules for specific function needs. Notably, the software module houses the drive's operating system and all drive parameters, permitting easy transfer between units. The drive operates on a continuous 15 A current and offers 40 A peak and rated current values, while featuring digital I/O for data interchange with a PLC. The controller, weighing 6.5 kg and consuming 20 W power, offers IP 10 protection against solid objects over 50 mm and class C type insulation for temperatures up to 180 °C. The operating temperature varies from 5 °C to 45 °C and can be stored at -30 °C to 60 °C.
