The HDS02.2-W040N-HS30-01-FW drive controller is a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat designed to regulate AC motors that integrate with the 1MB, MKD and 2AD product lines. Ideal for incorporation within a DIAX04 chassis, the device utilizes power from a HVR or HVE family power supply module. Featuring a modular structure, these controllers can be installed in multiple units in a single chassis, with a single power source for all modules. Each controller has slots for different modules and comes with a pre-installed SERCOS command module. The firmware requires separate ordering. Serving as a benefit of the modular structure, defective modules or basic units can be easily replaced without reconfiguration needs. The device operates optimally within an ambient temperature range of 5 to 45 degrees Celsius and elevations up to 3300 feet. It has an IP 10 rated housing and can handle a continuous current rate of 40 Amps. Weighing 6.5 kilograms, it measures 498 x 50 x 265 millimeters.
