The HDS03.1-W075N-HS32-01-FW drive controller is a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, with a modular design and rated current of 75A. The controller has a D-sub serial interface connector for PC communication and two analog diagnostic outputs for testing, which offer a 4mA current load capacity and an output voltage of +/-10VDC. The product is equipped with a starting lock to prevent accidental motor start-up and is connected to the motor via power cables that can extend up to 75m. The controller's casing should align with EN 60204 / DIN VDE 0113 standards and be securely fastened to the cabinet's mounting panel to avoid overheating damage. It should maintain a distance of 100mm not only from the bottom but also from control and power lines.
