HDS03.2-W075N-HA30-01-FW
The HDS03.2-W075N-HA30-01-FW is a drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the HDS Drive Controllers series and is intended for axis control in DIAX modular motion systems used across factory automation. As a programmable interface between a machine’s servo drive and the plant-level controller, it processes velocity and torque commands for the connected axis. It also delivers regulated power to attached motors while monitoring feedback, current, and fault states during operation. This arrangement lets the controller serve as the central drive stage for coordinated motion within a DIAX rack.
The unit exchanges setpoint data through a Command Communication Interface configured as ANALOG, so the incoming reference is a continuously variable voltage or current signal rather than a fieldbus telegram. Because of this arrangement, the downstream servo loop must provide its own digitization before current and velocity regulation are applied. Inside the controller, motion functions rely on the DIAX04 control family logic, keeping hardware behavior and parameter handling consistent with other DIAX04 axes in the same rack. Thermal energy generated by the power section is removed with a built-in internal air blower, and this fan draws cabinet air through the heat sink so no external ducting is required. The drive can deliver its intended output only while the semiconductor devices remain within their temperature band, and it is limited by a rated current of 75 A. If process transients demand more than this value, the current limiter intervenes to help prevent overheating or fuse rupture.
The controller is part of Line 03 in the HDS hardware range. It uses Version 2 in this product line. Its power stage, blower arrangement, and analog command interface are fixed for this model, so the electrical and cooling layout remain tied to this controller build. This controller is intended for HDS installations that use analog command signaling and internal air cooling.
