HDS03.2-W075N-HA36-01-FW
The HDS03.2-W075N-HA36-01-FW is a modular drive controller used to regulate current and velocity loops for servo or main spindle motors in automated machine tools and handling stations. By converting reference signals into controlled three-phase output, it links higher-level PLC commands to the mechanical axis and supports coordinated motion with precise positioning. Its modular format suits multi-axis rack installations where several controlled axes operate in the same machine. This makes it suitable for applications that require stable speed control, repeatable motion, and compact cabinet integration.
The controller receives setpoint data through its analog command channel, so the host PLC can deliver ±10 V references without added fieldbus hardware. A continuous output limit of 75 A is the highest motor phase current it can supply, which sets the usable torque range for the connected motor. Heat is removed by a built-in air blower that draws cabinet air across the heat sink, eliminating external fan trays and keeping the cooling arrangement straightforward. The unit is part of the DIAX04 family, so it shares backplane connectors and error diagnostics with related axes. It is also part of Line 03 in the product range.
The controller is built in Version 2, which improves current regulation so the axis responds more quickly to rapid load changes during tapping, milling, or pick-and-place motion. As part of the HDS Drive Controllers series from Bosch Rexroth Indramat, it uses alarm-code behavior, resolver wiring, and shutdown logic that are consistent with related drives. A dedicated command communication interface supports the present analog channel and keeps control connections separate from the power stage. This arrangement is useful in systems where direct reference input is preferred and predictable axis response is needed during repeated operating cycles.
