The HDS03.2-W075N-HS04-02-FW is a superior quality drive controller produced by the renowned industrial manufacturer, Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Belonging to their HDS Series, this second-generation controller is known for performance and reliability, designed to maintain functional temperature with an internal blower. Rated at 75A, this drive controller features a SERCOS interface and belongs to the DIAX04 controller family. The firmware must be separately ordered, and the controller works optimally in an ambient temperature of between 5°C to 45°C at an elevation of 0 to 1000m. Conditions outside this range necessitate appropriate load factors and external cooling. Having met the protection category IP 10 per EN 60 529, it is designed to fit into a control cabinet following EN 50175/1988. The controller also features an RS 232 interface for setup and diagnostics and facilitates a modular setup for multiple AC drives. Safety gear is required for operators.
