Bosch Rexroth Indramat's HDS03.2-W075N-HS54-01-FW is a digitized modular drive system from the DIAX04 controller family, perfect for compact and multi-functional drive packages. Manufactured for the operation of AC motors like 1MB, MHD, MKD, or 2AD, it efficiently functions as a main or servo drive for various industrial applications like textile machines and industrial robots. It needs a connection with an HVR or HVE supply module for power and signal voltages, and an HZB brake resistor when high drive performance is required. The device's design supports two motors at once, has a SERCOS interface for command communication and contains an internal cooling system, along with a 75A rated current. The firmware, which is ordered separately, is hosted in the HSM type software module for optimal performance. Additional plug-in modules include digital I/O cards, interface cards, and integrated control. The device has 40/30A continuous current, 220W power loss and it weighs 11kg.
