The HDS03.2-W075N-HS76-01-FW is a versatile, modular drive produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Part of the DIAX04 controller series, this component boasts compatibility with a variety of AC drives. The drive is designed for use within a closed terminal box or control cabinet, vertically mounted on a DIN rail, at an ambient temperature below 45 degrees for optimal performance. An internal air cooling feature with an in-built blower is positioned to divert water condensation away from the electronic parts of the drive. The HDS03.2-W075N-HS76-01-FW units consist of a drive controller, software module, a configuration type plate, and additional modules. It works as a servo or mains drive in conjunction with 2AD AC, 1MB, MKD, and MHD motors, making it suitable for industrial robots, textile, and packaging machines. The unit boasts a peak current of 75A and operates via a SERCOS interface with 3 lines. Separate routing of load and signal supply lines helps to minimize interference.
