Bosch Rexroth Indramat's HDS03.2-W075N-HS79-01-FW is a modular AC drive controller from the DIAX04 range, designed to enable flexible drive combinations. The controller works with MHD, MKD, 1MB, and 2AD AC motors to create a rapid-response drive suitable for machinery ranging from packaging machines to robots. High-performance and frequent start-stop cycle applications may require additional units such as the HZB brake resistors and HZK capacitor modules. Pre-programming the drive controller allows task-specific performance customization. The HDS03.2-W075N-HS79-01-FW controller is designed for single and multi-axis control and drive applications and features a SERCOS interface for operation of digital drives. The controller, weighing 11 kg, must be installed vertically on a DIN rail inside a control cabinet, maintaining a temperature of 45 degrees and avoiding condensation. It has a rated current of 75A and a signal processing power consumption of 25W.
