The HDS03.2-W075N-HT19-02-FW is a single motor servodrive developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, part of the DIAX04 series. It's designed for industrial automation applications and adopts the book format for easy installation in electric cabinets. It operates with a shared DC bus strategy with other servodrives in its family. An external DIAX04 power supply module (HVR or HVE) is needed for power conversion. The drive can generate a constant current of 40,000 mA while delivering a peak current of 75,000 mA. Its power dissipation is 11 W when delivering continuous current to the connected motor. The drive links to an external controller via a SERCOS communication socket, and setup is performed with a PC oriented setup program. It includes two embedded programming ports (RS-485 or RS-232) and uses its software module to transfer, upload or download device parameters. The drive features a primary single-channel certified safety STO function allowing it to achieve PLd and SIL CL 2 ratings.
