The HDS03.2-W075N-HT81-01-FW by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is an Industrial AC Drive Controller and a component of the DIAX04 modular operating system. It includes two preinstalled modules – the DAE 02.1M command and communication module and the DEA 08.1M, an interface module with a 32-input, 24-output configuration, and a single CLCBb output. It supports operation of digital AC drives through conventional controls via an analog interface, and direct communication with the connected control system. The HDS03.2-W075N-HT81-01-FW, like other controllers in its family, is air-cooled and incorporates an integrated blower, allowing operation at a peak current of 75 A. Offering a serial port for PC communication, it also has various safety measures for reliable operation, including handling of the motor's temperature signal and halting operation when the temperature exceeds the threshold. Connection to the motor is via a dedicated 3-phase screw-type terminal with a specific ground connector.
