The HDS03.2-W100N-HS23-01-FW is a configured drive controller designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This device is highly modular and utilizes a SERCOS interface for efficient command communication. It serves as a rapid-response, main or servo drive for single and multi-axis control applications. Developed with an integrated HZK capacitor module to handle numerous start-stop cycles, this controller operates a continuous current rating of 50A/35A at 4kHz/8kHz clock frequency. Additionally, the controller is equipped with a built-in blower for cooling and is designed to operate at a maximum ambient temperature of 55°C. Functional customizability is achieved through additional plug-in modules like interfaces for various measuring systems and digital I/O cards. It must be encased in an EN 50175/1988 compliant control cabinet or closed housing for optimum operations. The device also comes with four diagnostic analog inputs and a flat cable for bus connection.
