Produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, noted for their extensive range of drive and control equipment, the HDS03.2-W100N-HS37-01-FW is a second generation, version 3 drive controller from their acclaimed HDS series. It carries a current rating of 100A and includes an integrated fan to facilitate cooling, requiring proper installation for sufficient ventilation. Communication is achieved with a SERCOS interface, under a DIAX04 controller. It should be noted that firmware must be individually ordered. The controller's maximum operational temperature is 45˚C for rate data and 55˚C for de-rated data. In storage or transit, temperatures range from -30˚C to 85˚C. The controller interfaces via an RS232 connection and includes two supply module ground connections. A distance of at least 100m must be maintained between the power and control cables or feedback cables.
