The HDS03.2-W100N-HT25-01-FW is a 2nd generation rapid-response HDS drive controller by Rexroth Indramat. It pairs with an HVE or HVR  Supply Unit and complies with the industry's highest standard, IEC 364-4-411.1.5. The controller manages and oversees electric motor functions in various applications such as material handling machines, food processing, packaging, textiles, and printing. Its basic unit consists of a SERCOS interface type DSS02.1M command and communication module and an HSM software module with operating software. Additional components include digital interface cards and a type plate recording controller descriptions. The unit performs optimally with a 100A rated current and a DSS02.1M SERCOS interface providing 1.5W power. The controller, which belongs to the Digital Intelligent Drive - DIAX04 family, operates at temperatures between +5 to +45 °C, has an internal cooling system, weighs 11kg, and works up to 1000m elevations.
