The Bosch Rexroth Indramat HDS03.2-W100N-HT71-01-FW is a 2nd Generation HDS Drive Controller. It's part of the DIAX04 family, utilized for controlling and monitoring electrical motors in various types of machinery. Connectivity to both HVE and HVR Supply Units is possible, providing required signal and power voltages for operation, with all connections set between 5 to 50 volts for safety. The modular design includes a basic unit to house the command and communication module, digital I/O cards or interface cards module, and HSM software module. A special feature is the SERCOS Communication Interface Type DSS02.1M for real-time high-speed data transmission. Rated power is 1.5 Watt, with a built-in blower to avoid overheating. Optimal performance is achieved between +5°C to +45°C. At an 11kg weight, it can be installed up to 1000 meters above sea level. It may be used for industrial processes, packaging, robotics, handling, and textile or printing machines.
