The HDS04.2-W200N-HS30-01-FW, belonging to the DIAX04 family, is a highly efficient drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Integrated for use inside a sealed housing, it adheres to the EN 50175/1988 specifications. The controller handles a power loss of 800W and a sustained 120A current at 4kHz. Optimized for a closed circuit ventilation system, it utilizes a plug-in SERCOS interface module for effective communication. Order firmware separately, and remember to reflect any changes in the device's configuration settings on the type plate. The controller supports MKD, 2AD, 1MB, and MHD motors, with a possibility to slot in an additional HZK capacitor for frequent power cycles. It features Class C insulation per DIN VDE 0110, and is not compatible with elevators, cranes, and refineries. Also, avoid environments with extreme temperature changes and ensure approved accessories and parts are used for optimum performance.
