The HDS04.2-W200N-HS34-01-FW, crafted by globally recognized Bosch Rexroth Indramat, comes from its renowned family of Digital Intelligent Drive System (DIAX04). Offering precise control and monitoring of electrical motors, in scenarios such as handling setups, robots, printing machines, and machine tools, this model is power supplied through the DC-link voltage which endows it with a rated operating current of 200 A. The digital controller also features a varying performance capacity based on drive; at 4 kHz, the continuous current is 120A, while at 8 kHz, it decreases to 80 A. The total power loss of the unit roughly hovers around 800 W while the controller cools itself using ambient air. Weighing in at 19 kg, it must be appropriately mounted in a switch cabinet due to its IP10 protection class. This model comes integrated with different plug-in modules and interfaces, with a spatial allowance for installation at a maximum of 1000m above sea level. Remember, the firmware module needs to be ordered separately.
