The HDS04.2-W200N-HS45-01-FW, a high-performing part of Bosch Rexroth Indramat's DIAX04 Controller Family, is a drive controller specifically designed for peak functionality within optimum temperature ranges, thanks to an integrated twin cooling system that combines an air-based and blower-based cooling system. The rated current supply is 200A. This controller, suitable as a servo and main drive, offers a SERCOS type interface for communication, programming, and troubleshooting, alongside an optional plug-in module for analog communication. Commonly used in machine tools and textile industries, it operates on an HVE or HVR supply module, within an ambient temperature range of 5 to 45 degrees Celsius and up to 1000m above sea level. The drive’s software module stores firmware data, providing a programmable interface that must be configured prior to use.
