The HDS04.2-W200N-HS73-01-FW is a versatile drive control system from Bosch Rexroth Indramat's HDS series. Suited to multiple positioning and speed control tasks in industrial assembly lines, it operates reliably between 0 ᵒC and 45 ᵒC, though can function up to 55 ᵒC with reduced performance. It's compatible with multiple industrial motors, including 1MB frameless, 2AD, MHD, HDS, and MKD motors and can be fitted with the HZF high power connection module. For enhanced start-stop cycle capacity, install an additional power capacitor HZK. The controller incorporates protective low voltage (PELV) for electric shock safeguarding along with a built-in temperature monitoring system to protect the attached motors. Interface options include RS 232 and RS 485. Measuring 498mm high, 308mm deep, and 150mm wide, and weighing approximately 19kg, the device outputs at a maximum 500V and 1000Hz.
