The Bosch Rexroth Indramat HDS04.2-W200N-HS80-01-FW is a drive controller designed with optimal power efficiency to monitor and control the operations of electric motors. It belongs to the DIAX04 series and is suitable for both single and multi-axis drive and control functions with a modular structure. The system is equipped with interchangeable plug-in modules, that can be modified according to the operational requirements, including a basic drive controller, software module, command communications module, configuration type plate, and an add-on module. The command communication module functions as an interface to the control system and can support both SERCOS and ANALOG interfaces. The device uses an HSM software module and contains a DSS02.1M plug-in module. Furthermore, the controller has a rated current of 200 amps, internal air cooling mechanism with an in-built blower, and can operate between temperatures of 5°C to 55°C while maintaining an internal control cabinet temperature above the exterior temperature. It also supports high-resolution positioning interface which evaluates sinusoidal voltage signals.
