The Bosch Rexroth Indramat HDS04.2-W200N-HT28-02-FW is a high-performance drive controller in the HDS series, uniquely designed for the digital control of motors. This controller comes with specific performance specifications such as a rated and peak current of 200 Amps, continuous current of 120 Amps at 4 kHz power section frequency, and 80 Amps at 8 kHz; all contributing to an operating power loss of 800 Watts. The controller boasts an air-cooled IP 10 rated housing of dimensions 498 x 265 x 150 mm weighing 19 kg, facilitated by an integrated air blower. This model can comfortably fit into a DIAX 04 chassis along with other HDS and HDD series drive controllers, all powered by a single HVR or HVE series power supply module. For optimal performance within the ambient temperature of 5 to 45 degrees Celsius, it's advised to leave a minimum space of 90mm in front, 80mm above, and 100mm below the mounted controller. Further, it features a SERCOS command communication interface and a function ID code of 28, with version 01. Note that the firmware needs to be separately ordered.
