The Bosch Rexroth Indramat HDS05.2-W300N-HS66-01-FW is a highly reliable, rapid-response drive control system designed for efficient servo mechanism operation in industrial machinery. This adaptable system can be integrated with several types of AC drives while its modular design permits customization to meet various industrial needs by retrofitting specialized modules for different applications. Useful for general motion control tasks as well as major spindle control and positioning, the system is compatible with Rexroth’s 1MB, 2AD, MHD and MKD motors. The standard package includes a motor power cable, configuration type plate, motor feedback cable, a contract guard, and an HDS controller. Lightweight at 25 kg and compact (200 mm depth, 498 mm height, and 308 mm width) it carries a rated voltage input of 26 V, consumes power at a rate of 55 W, accepts maximum input current of 140A and emits an output current up to 175 A. Operational efficiency is optimal within an ambient temperature range of 45 to 55 ᵒC, with a maximum continuous power dissipation of 1200 W.
