The HDS05.2-W300N-HS76-01-FW drive controller is a product from Bosch Rexroth Indramat, an expert in designing drive controllers for industrial automation. This model is engineered to control the speed, position, and torque of assembly line motors, particularly the MHD, MKD, 2AD, and 1 MB variants. It boasts a modular architecture, allowing enhancements via retrofitting of subsidiary modules and has a slot for additional plug-in cards, such as the ANALOG DAE02.1M or SERCOS DSS02.1M interface cards responsible for command and communication. Outfitted with the HSM firmware module, it stores drive parameters and the operating system. Basic features include AC motors, configuration type plates, motor power and feedback cables, a contact guard, and the HDS controller. It can work alongside the GDS 1.1 measuring system and the DFF01.1M module, or with the DAG01.2M card for SSI signal output. This 55W rated, three-phase device resilient to 42000 A short circuits, supports a voltage input between 530 to 670 V and delivers 500 V output. With a maximum output frequency of 800 Hz and capable of interfacing multiple CLCs for master axes using the DAQ02 card, it's a versatile industrial tool.
