The Bosch Rexroth Indramat HMS02.1N-W0028-A-27-NNNN from the HMS Axis Inverters series is an air-cooled axis inverter designed for demanding industrial automation applications. It accepts a rated input voltage of DC 254-750V with a nominal DC bus voltage of 700 V and delivers an output voltage of 3x AC 0-500V. The unit supports a rated input current of 18.4 A and a rated maximum current of 28 A, with a short circuit current rating of 42,000 A rms. Its integrated blower provides efficient thermal management, maintaining performance at a nominal ambient temperature of 40°C and up to 55°C in reduced conditions. Housed in an IP20 enclosure, it measures 352 mm in height, 50 mm in width, and 205 mm in depth, and carries both UL 508 C and C22.2 No. 14-05 listings. The inverter’s design version 1 and line version 2 accommodate seamless integration without an internal power supply, while its 24V ±20% control voltage input ensures reliable operation in single-axis motion control systems.
