Bosch Rexroth's HMV01.1R-W0018 is a top-tier IndraDrive controller, known for its implementation in automated industrial applications. It is designed for closed cabinet control, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety when maintained under proper ambient conditions. The controller features an integrated air-cooling system with an internal blower to regulate temperature. To promote airflow, ample distance is required at the controller's top and bottom. The system functions optimally at ambient installation and storage temperatures of -25-55°C. The controller’s performance isn’t affected by low levels of dirt, steam, and dust. To prevent harm to the electrolyte capacitors from prolonged storage, the controller should be operated at least an hour annually. When mounting, the nominal height should be 1000 meters above sea level, with a maximum height of 2000 meters considered acceptable when using voltage limiters. For maximum efficiency, a peak height of 4000 meters is possible with the use of voltage limiters.
