The HNL01.1E-0600-N0032-A-500-NNNN, a quality mains choke produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, hinders sudden current increases, preventing undue stress on semiconductors. It combats mains voltage dips resulting from commutation and minimizes current ripple in the DC link, prolonging the life of DC link capacitors. With a feeding supply system, it boasts a nominal inductance of 600 μH and a nominal current of 32 A. This IP 10-compliant mains choke cuts harmonics in the mains current and boosts the allowed DC bus continuous power of certain converters. It additionally allows regenerative supply units to function at the mains and prevents AC frequency current from affecting parts of a radio circuit. The device helps shield against radio frequency and electromagnetic interference, protecting the supply lines and electronic equipment from malfunction. Importantly, it doesn't load the rectifier or power transformer and offers superior voltage regulation capabilities.
