The HVE02.1-W018N, a power supply unit constructed by Rexroth Indramat, is designed to power HDD and HDS drive controllers as a part of the drive system. Equipped with a power rectifier, this unit converts 3-phase AC voltage from the main supply into an unregulated DC bus voltage and can operate in generator mode. With integrated monitoring functions, system performance is constantly supervised and optimized. Operational parameters include a maximum height of 1000 meters above sea level, ambient storage and operating temperatures of -30 to 85 degrees and 5 to 45 degrees Celsius respectively, and a relative humidity up to 95%. The unit is 13kg and comes with an IP 10 protection category. It is recommended for use with specified Rexroth Indramat parts and should be used in a clean air environment. Incorporating additional equipment, such as GLD-type DC bus chokes and HZK capacitance modules, can enhance power supply and reduce heat loss.
