The HVE03.2-W030 is a second-generation power supply unit from Bosch Rexroth, created to connect with HDD and HDS drive controllers. This DIAX04 family unit integrates a power rectifier to process three-phase AC voltage and features a communication control bus voltage. It can connect to several drive controllers simultaneously, maintain a frequency range of 50Hz - 60Hz +/- 2Hz, and operate between 5°-45°C. The HVE03.2-W030, when combined with a GLD DC bus choke, boosts usable DC bus continuous power. The unit employs short-term loading to stimulate spindle and feed drives acceleration. However, it may endure damage under overload. Despite being vulnerable to intentional access and heat generation during operation, it can work outside specified parameters by adjusting for load factors. The unit also permits a 10mF additional capacitance connection to the DC bus and ensures global shipping availability.
