The HVR03.1-W045N is a top-tier power supply unit, engineered by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. As a member of the DIAX04 product line, this second-generation unit is designed to provide reliable control voltage for Bosch's HDS and HDD drive and control systems. It operates optimally using a regulated DC bus voltage and relies on a mains voltage from 3 x 380 to 480VAC (tolerance +/-10%) at a frequency range of 50 to 60Hz. Capable of servicing motors up to 36kW, it features integrated monitoring functions and a power rectifier. This unit, boasting an IP 10 protection rating under IEC 529 specifications, must be housed in a closed unit or control cabinet. An additional highlight is the included bleeder module, which ensures smooth motor braking during mains failure. Operational temperature tolerances span from 5°C t0 45°C.
