The Kollmorgen's IC11030A1TSC1 is a high-efficiency, direct-drive, iron-core linear motor. Part of the IC11 series, it is designed for flat position placement and direct connection to the load. Operational at 240VAC and 120VAC, it generates peak force between 320N and 8407N, ideal for applications requiring high instantaneous power, such as machining large masses. The motor employs a single-sided magnet-way, boosting generated force through silicon steel laminations that enclose coil windings. Distinguished by low thermal loss and compatibility with liquid coolant use, it also boasts absence of mechanical transmission elements. Its construction adheres to EN 60034-1 standards and IP 23 protection. Ensure complete and verified component accounting before discarding the packing. Installation includes bolting the magnetic-way assembly to the flat base plate, while the encoder reader head and coil assembly are mounted onto the slide component.
